How to Prepare

Hydrate

Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! It’s vital to stay properly hydrated before, during and after your session. As you detox your body through a sauna session, you’ll also be losing water through perspiration. We have water, coconut water and electrolytes available in studio, and you’re welcome to bring your own.

Arrive

Come in at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time to check-in and be guided to your sauna pod or room. On your first visit, we’ll give you a full tour to get you acclimated and comfortable.

Wear

Fitness attire or swimsuits are a great choice, especially if you’ll be also enjoying a cold plunge session during your visit. We recommend bringing loose, breathable clothing to put on after your session. Be sure to remove all makeup to help your skin prepare for beneficial infrared heat during your session.

Bring

Bring your favorite book or connect your favorite podcast or music to the sauna bluetooth. If you’re booked for the open sauna, bring headphones if you wish.

Bring a towel. We also have fresh towels available for rent.

Know

We start with a lower heat setting and increase as you’re ready and comfortable. Sauna sessions are 30 minutes with the option to add an additional 15 minutes.

It’s also important to consult with your physician prior to starting health or wellness regimen.
